Sodus Township Man Dies In ATV Accident

A Sodus Township man has been found dead, pinned under an ATV. The Berrien County Sheriff's Department was called to the scene this morning after August Froehlich found his 69-year-old brother Elmer under the vehicle. The victim had been out hunting yesterday and is believed to have been pinned since sometime Thursday night. He was pronounced dead at the scene. Froehlich was a farmer and a life-long resident of Sodus Township. The accident remains under investigation.
