The Lake Michigan College Lady Red Hawks open their basketball season tomorrow afternoon ranked second in the country. They'll take on 11th ranked Lake Land College at 1 p.m., and coach Jason Cooper says they know the expectations are high.
LMC returns three starters from last year's team, which lost in the National Junior College Athletic Association Division 2 championship game. They beat Lake Land in the playoffs by two points on a buzzer-beater.
