Police in Van Buren County's Covert Township are looking for two suspects who injured a truck driver early Saturday when they threw concrete off an I-196 overpass into his windshield. Police Chief Rick Winans says that it happened around three-40 in the morning:
The driver was taken to a hospital for treatment, and released on Monday. Winans says that a witness saw two males in dark clothing -- one with a red hat -- on the overpass, and they ran off when the truck crashed. Police ask anyone who may have heard something to contact them at 269-764-8100.
