Along with the live mannequins, there will be free horse-drawn trolley rides from 2 to 4 p.m., Santa's House will be open, and after the tree lighting there will be a LiveStatue on the Silver Beach Center boardwalk. St. Joseph Mayor Robert Judd will flip the switch on the city's official Christmas tree during the opening ceremony from 6 to 6:30, which will also turn on thousands of lights in the city park overlooking Lake Michigan.
