Lawton Man Comes Clean Over Former Gobles Man's Death

Seth Jones gave himself up this week, saying he and Dakota Kearns were stealing street signs in Almena Township back in October. It was found Kearns, while attempting to steal the signs, rode on top of Jones' vehicle. Kearns fell off, hitting his head on the ground, and died of the injuries. Jones was arraigned on a felony charge of Reckless Driving Causing Death and Failing to Report a Fatal Traffic Crash. He's posted bond.
