LMC Lady Red Hawks Ranked Number 1

The Lake Michigan College Lady Red Hawks are number one in the nation in college basketball. The latest National Junior College Athletic Association Division II (two) poll puts LMC at the top, and they started the season ranked second. LMC is a perfect 7-0 so far on the year, and finished last year with a 30-5 record and a loss in the national championship game. The Red Hawks were ranked #2 last week before the former top-ranked school, Johnson County Community College, lost its first game to drop to 10-1 and fall to 5th. Kalamazoo Valley Community College is ranked 14th in the same poll.
