The Benton Harbor Department of Public Safety is investigating a homicide that took place Friday night. Officers were called to 791 Ogden Street at 11:30 where they found two victims with multiple gun shot wounds. 35-year old Heather Poe of Benton Harbor was rushed to Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph for treatment, 25-year old Gary Alilovich of Niles was pronounced dead at the scene. It appears that an argument erupted at the house, the suspects who are brother and sister, 28-year old Jovan Davis of Benton Harbor and 19-year old Ashley Davis of Grand Forks, North Dakota, shot both victims with the same gun. Both siblings are lodged in the Berrien County jail on multiple charges.
