State House candidate Jim Hahn is disputing information posted on the Michigan Secretary of State's website concerning filing campaign finance paperwork. Secretary of State spokesman Fred Woodhams says Hahn's campaign filed late.
Hahn says that's not the case and says there was a glitch in the state's website.
Hahn is seeking to unseat incumbent Republican Al Pscholka in the 79th district. The two faced off in 2008 when Pscholka was first elected to the state House, and no Democrat has ever won the seat.
