Michigan State Police troopers out of Niles are investigating a Cass County fire as a possible arson. In the early morning hours of October 26th, a fire broke out at Legends Bar and Grill in Edwardsburg, causing extensive damage. The Edwardsburg Police Department recently handed its investigation over to the state police post in Niles, and Detective-Seargant Fabian Suarez tells us that he's waiting for a review by the state fire marshall before proceeding. In the meantime, anyone with information on the fire is asked to contact the Michigan State Police in Niles at 683-4411.
