If you live in a subdivision that is normally plowed by the Berrien County Road Commission, chances are you won't get your street cleared until Wednesday. The Road Commission is focusing now on the main roads, and those are being closed back up by blowing and drifting snow within four hours of the plows going through. Managing director Louis Csokasy says if the wind and lake effect snow continue as they have been and are being predicted, subdivisions won't get any attention until mid-week. He adds there are rural roads in Berrien County which are impassible due to vrey high snow drifts.
