The annual Celebrated Service Award was announced Friday by Celebration Cinema. Owner of "The Parlor Tattooing" Charles Schmidt credits the winning to the personality of his staff.
The award comes with a $5,000 cash prize, plus over $30,000 in free advertising.
Last year's winner, "Biggby Coffee" in St. Joseph, nominated "The Parlor Tattooing" for this year. Schmidt says he and his employees were honored just to be nominated, but to win is indescribable.
