Kinexus is getting ready for a jobs fair next month at Lake Michigan College, and this one is focused specifically on one industry. Spokesperson Mary Morphey tells WSJM News it’s the fastest growing sector of the southwest Michigan economy.
“It’s a hospitality sector job fair, and so it’s targeted at your restaurants, your breweries, your hotels,” Morphey said.

“This is for full-time, part-time, and seasonal workers,” Morphey said.
Morphey tells us Kinexus focuses on the area’s biggest industry with Manufacturing Day each year, and this is the second year for the Hospitality Job Fair and Expo. It’ll be at the Benton Township campus of LMC from 2 to 6 p.m. on April 9, and then the same hours April 11 at the Niles LMC campus.
