BBQ Blues Festival Draws Thousands to St. Joseph

Beautiful sunshine and blue skies bring people in Southwest Michigan outdoors. And they did just that on Saturday as thousands attended the BBQ, Blues and Bluegrass: A Taste of Michigan in downtown St. Joseph. The 4th annual event was held below the bluff at Whirlpool Centennial Park. St. Joseph. The headliner was the Nick Moss Blues Band, featuring Coco Montoya and Tinsley Ellis. Daniel Chavin drove up from Chicago for the event.

Todd Nudelman is also from Chicago, and explains why he enjoyed the event.

Also featured at BBQ, Blues, and Bluegrass was barbecue eats from eight local restaurants, as well as drinks. The event ran Saturday from noon to 8.
