St. Joseph High School Principal Kevin Riggs has given the district his resignation. Riggs has been on leave since February dealing with personal issues. On Friday, St. Joe Schools Superintendent Ann Cardon sent out a message to parents saying that Riggs’ resignation will be effective June 30 as he uses the last of his personal and sick time. She adds that the board of education wishes Riggs well. The position of principal at St. Joseph High School has now been posted internally in the district, and Cardon writes the board will conduct interviews in mid-May. Riggs had been under contract with the district through June of 2017.
