South Haven is getting its own Biggby Coffee location. On Tuesday, April 19, a Biggby will open at the corner of Blue Star Highway and Phoenix Street across from the Walgreen’s. The shop will be run by Tara Walston and Kim Zdybel, who say the “entrepreneurial spirit of working for oneself and providing a service” was their motive for opening the franchise. Customers will be able to see Kim and Tara behind the line making drinks starting at 6 a.m. Tuesday when the grand opening is held. The shop’s regular hours will be Monday through Saturday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sunday 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
