Charges are in place against a Kalamazoo teenager for a crash over the weekend that killed a woman from Paw Paw. David Mills is charged with driving without a valid license causing death and fleeing and eluding. He hit a vehicle driven by 33-year-old Crystal Norton while going about 80 miles an hour on Oakland Drive in Portage, and her brother, Charles, wants Mills prosecuted to the fullest extent.
“No sympathy given for him,” he said, adding Mills didn’t have any sympathy when he smashed the car into his sister. Mills was trying to get away from police at the time. The victim leaves behind a daughter who celebrated her birthday last week.
