Officers from three police agencies in Van Buren County were dispatched to a home where two known fugitives were hiding in Hartford late last night, and made a bonus arrest. They found and arrested 49-year-old Thomas Spangler, who resisted, and 28 year old Angelina Guajardo, both of whom were wanted on outstanding warrants for drugs and failure to appear. They also found a 52-year-old man possessing meth and stolen womens’ underwear. They were all taken to the Van Buren County Jail. Officers seized meth, marijuana, cash, meth-making components, a cellphone rigged to listen to police scanner calls, and two pair of womens’ underwear.
