The Keystone pipeline is a dead issue, at least for the next year or so. Congressman Fred Upton tells us that there isnt enough support for the project in Congress to override President Obamas rejection of it last week.

Upton says that its always possible Keystone project organizers will come back later when Obama is no longer president to pursue the project again, but theres no guarantee. Hes disppointed, as he believes the pipeline would have led to the creation of new jobs.
