Upton Sees No Further Options On Keystone Pipeline

The Keystone pipeline is a dead issue, at least for the next year or so. Congressman Fred Upton tells us that there isn’t enough support for the project in Congress to override President Obama’s rejection of it last week.

Upton says that it’s always possible Keystone project organizers will come back later when Obama is no longer president to pursue the project again, but there’s no guarantee. He’s disppointed, as he believes the pipeline would have led to the creation of new jobs.
