This weekend will bring the Festival of Families in Berrien Springs. The event, organized by Berrien RESA, is intended as a way for families to find out what kinds of services are available in the area for their children. RESA’s Karen Heath says that there will be a variety of agencies on hand showing off their programs for kids.

RESA expects over a thousand people to come out to the Berrien County Youth Fairgrounds on Saturday for the event which will also feature a variety of activities for the kids, including carnival games, facepainting, and live entertainment. The Festival of Families will take place from ten am to two pm Saturday.
