A Van Buren County woman who was reported missing last week has been found dead, and her husband is now facing murder charges. The Van Buren County Sheriffs Department says that friends and family of 32 Kimberly Allison Bogseth reported last Tuesday that they hadn’t heard from the Grand Junction woman in a while, which they said was unusual. The sheriffs department began a search, and on Tuesday of this week, a body was found in a wooded area of Columbia Township, north of Bangor. On Wednesday, the body was identified as Bogseth, and a warrant was issued for the arrest of her husband, Brent Bogseth, on a charge of open murder. With help from police in Chicago, he was arrested Wednesday, and now faces extradition back to Michigan. Police have not released any further details.
