The motorcyclist who was injured in a hit and run on I 94 Saturday afternoon in Saint Joseph Township has been identified as 34 year old Anthony D Whitehead, of Hammond, Indiana. He was taken to Lakeland Hospital after being struck by a vehicle on I 94 near the Niles Road exit. Township police say that Whitehead remains in stable condition.
