The Pure Michigan radio ad recently unveiled that focuses on South Haven is now airing in markets outside of the state. The ad, voiced, by Tim Allen, was financed by the South Haven Visitor’s Bureau, and cites the community’s proximity to Lake Michigan, its lighthouse, and its cafes and wineries as attractions for travelers. Lisa Shanley, with the visitors bureau, says that the ad was produced with Pure Michigan’s usual agency, which sent representatives to the area to get a feel for it:

Shanley says that the ad reps were blown away with South Haven. The advertisement is now airing in Lansing, Cleveland, and Cincinnati. Shanley says that it will later air in Chicago and Detroit. You can see the ad at the below URL.
