Two people are in jail for allegedly breaking into a dentist office in Paw Paw. An investigation by the Van Buren County Sheriff's Department revealed an employee stayed after work then invited some friends into the business. Several items were stolen including credit cards, blank checks, a prescription pad and the doctors signature stamp. Deputies believe the suspects called in prescriptions to several Kalamazoo area pharmacies. Once called in, some of the friends appeared to have gone to get those prescriptions filled. A 23-year old male and 24-year old female, both from Galesburg, were arrested. Deputies are working with authorities in Kalamazoo to establish charges for prescription fraud.
